We will promptly reach out to discuss your project in detail. This conversation helps us understand your needs and how we can best add value to your vision. We aim to establish a clear understanding of your expectations right from the start.
We will arrange a site visit to meet with you in person. During this visit, we will discuss your design ideas and how we can assist with the project. This face-to-face interaction allows us to build rapport and ensures we are aligned on your vision.
Our team will work diligently behind the scenes, collaborating with our trusted partners to accurately price your project. This step is crucial for ensuring that your budget aligns with your design aspirations. We focus on transparent pricing to avoid surprises later.
We will schedule a follow-up meeting to present a detailed project proposal. This document outlines our approach, timelines, and how we can work together to bring your vision to life. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify any details.
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we will provide you with a Master Builders contract for your review and signature. This formal agreement ensures that both parties are clear on the terms and expectations, securing your project slot.
After the contract is signed, we will schedule your project start date. We will either book you into the next available spot or accommodate your preferred timeline, ensuring a smooth transition into the construction phase.
Throughout the build process, we prioritise clear and honest communication. You will have access to our Rave build management portal, where you can view the project schedule, receive weekly updates from our foreman, and see photos and checklists. This transparency keeps you informed and engaged every step of the way.
Upon completion of your project, we will ensure that everything meets our high standards of quality. We will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you, address any final details, and ensure you are ready to move into your new home.
